Saw a mouse scuttle through my living room just after New Years. Raymond came out immediately the day after, identified the entry/exit points and helped get rid of it. Came back a few times after too, just to confirm the problem had been eliminated and to seal up the areas in the flat. Absolutely professional service, can highly recommend
