I phoned Sonville on a Sunday afternoon looking for an emergency wasp removal. Matt arrived within a couple of hours of me phoning, treated the nest, and patched up a hole. Highly recommended.
We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having a few rats in our attic. Pest control with the banter. Had a mouse issue and Matt left plenty of bait to get them all. Very accommodating with times as well.

We left Matt a message to come help identify and assist with what I thought was a bee problem at 10pm on Saturday night. By 10am Sunday, he had reached out, helped us correctly assess that we did not have bees but instead wasps (!) nesting in the crawlspace under our home, and had come to address it immediately. He was quick, courteous, professional, and handy, and the wasps already seem to be a problem of the past. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for Matt and his help with our bugs, and we can't recommend him enough.
