Very positive experience from Paul throughout the fitting out of a new shower room after a leak. He guided us from the beginning making recommendations and advising us on best way forward. He was prompt every day and extremely tidy and very professional. Paul fixed things along the way that he noticed and fully explaining rationale why he was doing things. He also made improvements to existing work. He was helped by Chris the joiner who also had great workmanship and finish. There were a couple of teething problems afterwards which Paul very promptly came to fix. We would have no hesitation using Paul and Chris again and would highly recommend them.
Had an issue with a washing machine being delivered and not being installed due to some minor issue. I rang up Paul at PlumbFix, and the machine was hooked up and working by 3pm the same day! Professional, considerate and good price. I was proper impressed. I would recommend very highly.

Absolutely fantastic service! Paul replied to my first email about fixing my toilet immediately, sent me two quotes straight away, and even let me know he could come at 9:30am the next day! He fixed the toilet really quickly and even went above and beyond by coming back the next day to check the toilet fill valve — which he ended up swapping free of charge for one that works better.
