Excellent all round. From the initial call-out to removal, relocation and installation of our new boiler, Shaun and his team provided a first rate service. Appointments were made and kept to time, and the installation went to schedule - it was a complex job! Highly recommended.

I recently had a new combi boiler fitted, with the old hot and cold water tanks completely removed, and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. They carried out the installation to a very high standard, kept everything clean and tidy throughout, and left the house spotless when the job was completed. What impressed me most was the value for money. After speaking to friends and neighbours who have had similar work done elsewhere, I found the price to be significantly better while still receiving first-class workmanship and service. The whole job was completed efficiently, with excellent attention to detail, and nothing was too much trouble. It's refreshing to find tradespeople who genuinely care about their customers and take real pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new boiler installation or plumbing work. Great service, excellent value, and a fantastic team of guys.

Just had 1st visit of 3 completed by Lee. Incredibly friendly, informative, and efficient. Had great trust in him being in my home and doing the work to a good standard. Kindly took away cooker to dispose which I never paid to have done, so really happy with service. Two more jobs to be done by SD over next few days, but very happy so far. Same experience with the guys in the office too. Mainly spoke with Graham. Always very quick to get back to me, and always organised.

Jake attended today and fixed our issue. His work was thorough, and solution-focused from start to finish. He carefully checked and re-checked until he was sure the problem was fixed. Great professional approach altogether, including clean and tidy working, and respect for property.

I had a leaky loo that was also pumping water every minute. Got Graham on the phone with no problems, and Jake out the next day. Great communication, quick and efficient work, and easy payment system. Delighted with the job done by this friendly and polite company.
