I've been with Pure Property Management since 2016 after moving from another letting agent I'd used for about a year. The difference was night and day, and I've never looked back.<br><br>As a landlord, I genuinely can't recommend Pure Property Management highly enough. Gail, Ashley and the fantastic team they've built currently manage two of my flats, and over the years they've consistently delivered an exceptional service.<br><br>What really stands out is that they've clearly hand-picked their team for the individual skills and qualities each person brings to the business. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful. It's obvious they all take pride in what they do, and that reflects in the outstanding service they provide.<br><br>They're proactive rather than reactive. I never have to chase for updates, and they always seem to be one step ahead when it comes to inspections, safety certificates, tenancy matters, maintenance and all the paperwork that comes with being a landlord. It's incredibly reassuring knowing my properties are being looked after so thoroughly.<br><br>Communication is second to none. Whenever I call, someone is always happy to help, knows exactly what's going on, and deals with any questions efficiently. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such a genuinely personal approach.<br><br>The biggest thing for me is trust. I have complete confidence that my properties are being managed as if they were their own, and that both my tenants and my investment are in safe hands.<br><br>If you're a landlord looking for a letting agent in Edinburgh, I honestly don't think you'll find better. Gail, Ashley and their team have taken so much of the stress out of being a landlord, and after nearly 10 years with them I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They are an absolute credit to the industry, and I recommend them without hesitation. Five stars.

PPM have managed my flat for more than 15 years and have always been responsive, professional and at all times very helpful. They have liaised with the tenants and myself (which I realise is their job!) in a very understanding way, giving useful advice when necessary.<br>I cannot recommend them highly enough - and they were not the first agency I used!

We had a great viewing experience with Abby. She was informative, friendly, and very easy to chat with. As a property manager, she was knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions, which made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Although the property wasn’t the right fit for us, she was knowledgeable about the area and local schools for our kids. We will definitely keep an eye on this company’s listings, as they clearly do things right.
