I've just finished the selling process for my house through Coulters. I've been incredibly impressed from the very first meeting to last with all their team. My first contact was with Nicki to quote, she came out and spent an hour discussing my house, what could be done to improve its saleability, etc as well as going through the whole process, answering all my (probably rather daft!) questions with patience (similarly answering emails well outside normal working hours!). I was incredibly impressed with her in depth knowledge, kind, friendly and approachable attitude. The sales process was made as easy as possible, from photos to the brochure everything was handled very smoothly. It was the same with viewings, which were handled by Coulters, but allowing me control over availability, etc, so taking away a lot of the stress on that side! Rosie fed back from all the viewers (not something all agents do), which was very useful. Once I'd accepted an offer, Struan took over the conveyancing side of things, making the process as stress free as possible with his team, answering any queries, even well out of hours, which was very much appreciated. Overall I was incredibly impressed with Coulters team from start to finish and would highly recommend, friendly, knowledgeable and they made the whole process as stress free as possible!
