Coulters Property

Very impressed with Coulters, great communication, very friendly and even managed to sort out a problem from the buyers solicitors, would recommend. Caitlin was excellent.

Very reliable, efficient and responsive solicitors. We have dealt with Struan Douglas twice now for selling and buying. Would recommend.

Had an amazing experience with coulters, buying my first home. In particular I benefited from the expert assistance during the process of buying the home. I was assisted by Callum Wilkie, who was very helpful during the whole process. He demystified the complex process of buying a house with timely answers and replies and always felt like I was kept in the loop and in safe hands. Would highly recommend Coulters 5/5.

Coulters made selling my flat easy! From valuation, through to viewing, negotiating and conveyancing they are five stars at every turn. Thanks to Nikki, Rebecca, Callum, Jackie and all the team for their expertise and professionalism.

Outstanding Service. Very professional and supportive pre sales service followed by excellent legal back up. Pre sales gave clear advice and information whilst legal team kept me fully advised through each step of the process. Cannot recommend them more highly

I found Coulters staff very pleasant and professional to deal with for both property sales and conveyancing. They organised all aspects of the sale including the Home report . They offered good and sensible advice at all stages .

I sold my flat with Coulters recently. The entire team were amazing, especially Francesca who went above and beyond. She was professional at all times with excellent communication skills and advice. Joan managed the sale of my property and she was also excellent. Struan, Nicky and Carmella managed the legal side and it was a pleasure to work with them. I’d highly recommend Coulters. Thank you to the entire team! Best wishes, Angela Oglesby

I used Coulters estate agency and conveyancing service for the sale of my property. Everyone at every part of the process was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. It was by far the easiest sale process I've been through. Highly recommend.

Callum and Judy at the Coulters Edinburgh office dealt with the sale of my mother's house in a most professional, efficient and helpful manner. Many thanks to them and all their colleagues.

We cannot recommend Callum at Coulters highly enough! Selling and buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but he was absolutely fab from start to finish. He was super patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and clear communication made the whole process so much easier and smoother. Thank you, Callum for all your hard work!
