We successfully rented our flat through ELC. Krisztina has been more than helpful since we first saw the flat, to post moving in. All issues have been fixed and tended to promptly by ELC and the landlord. The entire process has been smooth, stress-free and professional. We are glad to have rented our property through ELC Lettings.

Joseph showed us around a flat in Leith and was great despite it being a rainy day. Really appreciated him mentioning that if there was anything in the flat that we thought needed fixing to flag it to him there and then and he could raise it with the landlord. No one had ever offered that before and it made us feel reassured that this would (hopefully) be a good agent to rent with if accepted who care about the wellbeing of their tenants.

The staff at ELC has been so helpful. As I was still overseas when I was sourcing my property, I informed her and was arranged a virtual viewing. After the viewing, when applying, we communicated mostly by emails. The manager lady was patient and provided clear explanation and guided us through the referencing and the payment processes, helped us to solve some hassles in the documents sending/uploading in between; finally everything worked out well and successful. Our lease deal was finalized in around a month. Thanks ELC team for the professionalism and good service.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Karen. She was incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed help with a couple of maintenance issues in my property. She quickly arranged for someone to install my washing machine and also managed to get a plumber out the same day to fix a leak — which was a huge relief! Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was sorted efficiently and professionally.
