I used Home Sweet Home as my letting agent whilst I rented out my flat during some time abroad. It was my first time going through the letting process but HSH made everything very easy. The service was fantastic - really responsive, personal and proactive. The flat was left really clean and smelling fresh, no complaints! I would highly recommend to anyone needing hassle-free letting or cleaning services.
Thank you very much Dan for the welcoming atmosphere and for all the help you provided when I came in to your office, and for the valuable info and follow up you kindly shared when I left. I highly recommend Home Sweet Home as a reliable and friendly letting agency.
Steph showed me around during my viewing today and she was the loveliest most helpful person ever. She answered all my questions, made me feel at home and explained everything about the property. By far one of the best experiences I've had whilst flat hunting, especially with how fast and crowded the market is at the moment. Brilliant experience.
Home Sweet Home are a great letting agency. We rented from them for 2 years and don’t have a bad word to say about them. They always replied to emails really promptly and were always there to answer calls. Highly recommend
Decent and genuine agency. We had a decent property and vacating process is also easy and genuine.
A great agency- really responsive and kind staff who supported us to have a great tenancy.
Excellent service and value for money. They went above and beyond in what they offered.
IHome Sweet Home have now been renting out our property for a year now. I would just like to say how professional they have been in their dealings with us. They have kept us well informed of any work requiring to be done and this has always been put in place immediately. Also well informed of any monies to be deducted for the work done. All in all we are very happy with the service they have provided to us. Well done Katey and Steph and rest of team. Keep up the good work. Kenneth/Beverley McKay
