Northwood Edinburgh

We're first time landlords and have been dealing largely with Nicola. Northwood are now providing management for our property. We originally contacted Northwood during our purchase and Nicola was very helpful during this time and provided lots of valuable help before we even completed on the property let alone paid for any services from Northwood. We strongly recommend the service she and her colleagues have provided us. We said up front we were happy to pay a fair price but need lots of guidance and help. They have totally come through on this promise, helping with the compliance requirements as well as rent collection etc. as you would expect. Nicola is very responsive, helpful and organised and this has really taken away any stress that we were feeling about starting a property business.

Northwood made moving flats in Edinburgh so much easier than I thought it would be. They are very quick and communicative and most importantly they are very kind and supportive. I ask a lot of questions and they are always very welcoming, which I really appreciate. Lena especially is amazing, but everyone I've met in the office or from email is great! It's so nice working with them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
