Lived at a Northwood managed property for 4 years. They were responsive and attentive to us. When my wife moved in to live with me they were very quick in processing all the paperwork we needed for her move. When our landlord decided to sell our flat, they offered us support in applying for new flats. If the landlord had not sold the flat we would have happily stayed there many more years.

We had a great experience with Northwood as our rental agency. We were with them for almost 3 years and our agent was Nathan Steyn. Nathan was incredibly responsive and always helpful. Anytime we needed anything fixed, he helped to ensure contractors attended as quickly as possible. We are Australians who moved to Edinburgh and thus, came with a lot of questions as we had never lived abroad before! Nathan made us feel very comfortable and never made me feel silly for asking any kind of question. He also helped our other Australian friends move into the flat after we left and was excellent throughout this process. 5 stars!!!
