Property First Edinburgh

Extremely happy with our service from Property First. Always professional, well organised and prompt. They are very knowledgeable and have taken great care of our tenants and flat. Would highly recommend them.

I contacted Property First with regard to securing a property to rent, before arriving in Edinburgh, from Bahrain. I dealt with the very helpful Mr Tom Ferrington, who was very honest and forthright about the property's suitability for me. He was very quick at replying and, I felt, provided a professional and personal touch in dealing with my enquiry - something that is becoming rare within the Edinburgh lettings market. I would encourage anyone to contact this company for their property needs, whether from overseas or locally.

Lovely agents, very efficient and kind throughout the whole tenancy. Communication has always been smooth and prompt, and Tom has been very helpful with any information or minor concern.

We had an excellent experience with this company. A special thanks to Tom for his professional and prompt approach. He quickly understood our unique situation and assisted us in finding the perfect property. Highly recommend!

Tom helped me find tenants for my flat and he was personable, assured, great with communication and helped me find tenants within a few days of marketing it. For years I had used DJ Alexander for Let Only and this year finally tired of there always being issues I went to Tom at Property First and it’s been a blessed relief and I’ll never go back.

I have rented with Property First Edinburgh for the past three years, and it has been an excellent experience. Claire has always been incredibly responsive and helpful, consistently ensuring that everything during our tenancy ran smoothly. I highly recommend their services.

I am a tenant. I had a great experience renting a flat with Property First. When looking for a flat in Edinburgh I interacted with various other lettings agencies. I (rightly or wrongly) got the sense that their goals started and ended at extracting as much money from the nameless, faceless pool of potential tenants as possible. This caused the experience of flat hunting to be rather stressful for me, as my relationship with these other letting agencies felt explicitly adversarial. In my interactions with Property First, however, I got the sense that they strive to work in the best interests of their tenants as well as their landlords, which was a refreshing change from my experiences with other lettings agents. Claire from Property First was always kind, helpful and accommodating. In addition, they have been highly competent and responsive. I would recommend Property First unreservedly.

Had a really positive experience with a very helpful letting agent, would recommend!

Claire was fantastic to work with and she was very responsive to all of our inquiries and requests. I'd be happy to work with Property First Edinburgh in the future!

Highly recommend Property First Edinburgh. Tom and Claire were very helpful, friendly and considerate. Thank you so much!
