Rettie were proactive in completing the switch as soon as possible, to minimise the marketing down time, and the whole process went very smoothly. My property had been vacant for a couple of months before switching, however Rettie found a new tenant within a couple of weeks. I have found them to be professional, responsive and helpful. Ros Mills was our New Business Manager and was extremely helpful, she made the onboarding process very easy for us.
