We recently sold our flat in Edinburgh through Revere Homes and are incredibly grateful to Craig and Sarah for their support throughout the process. From start to finish, they were excellent communicators and gave us confidence that our property would sell. Selling a home can be stressful at times, but Craig and was always available to answer questions, talk through concerns, and provide clear guidance whenever we needed it. We particularly appreciated Craig’s willingness to share market data and different options when discussing potential decisions. Rather than simply telling us what to do, he helped us understand the implications of each option so that we could make informed choices with confidence. Their persistence, professionalism and positive approach helped ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you both for your hard work, support and reassurance throughout the journey. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Revere Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

A very mixed bag experience with a disappointing customer service. We chose Revere to sell our flat after much debating as it was going to cost twice as much as the majority of other agencies. Craig, who was extremely professional and communicative throughout, promised the steep difference in price would be worth it. An initial first odd incident where, after not selecting, on a signed form, the option for a video tour to be made and posted on the ad, the video was produced anyway and added to out initial invoice. We queried this and the cost was promptly taken off, but it left us wondering whether it was a genuine mistake or not. The sale was incredibly simple, and the flat was sold within less than 2 weeks, with most viewings conducted by myself. The whole experience was very much soured by one big incident. When discussing the very first offer, I made it very clear to Craig that, since we were selling the flat fully furnished, but the flat was partly (15%) owned by the government, it was important to split the offer into house value and furniture, separately, so as not to owe 15% of the value of all the furniture to the government. This was understood and agreed upon. Long story short, when the final offer came through and was accepted, all the paperwork was then completed without splitting the offer, which resulted in the government accepting the offer in total, including out furniture. A change of offer could not be completed as we had extremely tight timing and were relocating abroad. This resulted in us losing nearly £1000 of earnings from our furniture. When we raised the issue, we admitted it was partly our fault for accepting the offer that way and not noticing the mistake, partly due to the fact that we had no experience whatsoever in selling a house, but Craig did put his hands up and admitted making a mistake and forgetting to do what we had discussed. Ultimately, the owners declined any form of compensation as "the fault lied with both parties", which was extremely odd to hear as in the end we were the only ones to lose money. We would have at the very least expected a £500 refund, especially considering that Revere earned nearly £5000 from a 2 bedroom flat sold in less than two weeks, with very little work on their side. Happy with the service and the final result of the sale, but extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability shown. I have been in high end customer service my whole life, and I have never seen someone admitting a mistake and refusing any form of compensation. Just not good enough for what is easily one of the most expensive estate agents in town.

Revere - Craig and his Team operate as trusted partners. The expertise, knowledge and support provided along the journey are second to none. Everything done, no matter how incidental or material was done with care, attention to detail and left a genuine feeling that you and yours mattered to Revere. I cannot recommend Craig and his team at Revere highly enough. Mark Thomas

Revere were an absolute pleasure to work with from the very start of the process to the end. They made everything very easy! They communicated in a timely manner with regular updates - the messages were very clear and concise. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded - I personally believe it makes such a difference working with someone that is an owner of the business. Craig really made the experience of selling comforting and added that extra personal touch you wouldn't get elsewhere. A big thank you to Craig and his team!

Revere were strongly recommended to me by a local family who had great result selling through the firm I found Craig to be very informed on the local market and greatly encouraging. He was very approachable, easy to talk to, and supportive at stressful times- which of course house buying and selling is. House sales involve your biggest asset- There are people out to make big money and the larger companies and grandly promoted web sites are not necessarily best bet From my experience I would highly recommend Revere Carol
