Arranged a viewing for a house as a prospective buyer, had to move around our schedules to view the place only to find out after knocking on the seller's door that the viewing has been cancelled and that Savill's forgot to inform me! Horrible experience, my commute time was over an hour. Saville sent reminder message on the day confirming the viewing as well as an email! None of them had the audacity to acknowledge or apologise what had happened. Really disappointed in the team. Not signing up with them for anything in the future.
