Savills managed our tenancy efficiently and we got our full deposit back just a week after moving out. Cass Hogg, our property manager, was very fast and communicative for any queries.

Badly let down by Mhairi Archibald , maybe it was my west of Scotland accent .

Arranged a viewing for a house as a prospective buyer, had to move around our schedules to view the place only to find out after knocking on the seller's door that the viewing has been cancelled and that Savill's forgot to inform me!<br>Horrible experience, my commute time was over an hour.<br>Saville sent reminder message on the day confirming the viewing as well as an email!<br><br>None of them had the audacity to acknowledge or apologise what had happened.<br>Really disappointed in the team. Not signing up with them for anything in the future.
