We have been renting an apartment with the property letting centre for the past few months. We are glad that we trusted them for our new home. From the very very beginning stage, David was super helpful and fully available. David patiently answered all our queries and the move-in was comfortable.
We had a great experience with PLC! We didn’t hear from them much (good thing) and when we had an issue, they were quick to respond and help out.<br><br>We felt our deposit return was fair, unfortunately we were let down by a cleaning company but nevertheless this wasn’t PLC’s fault. I’d highly recommend renting with this company!
I popped into this office for directions after my husband, who was sure he could drive to the cobblers on Causewayside using only his memory, got lost. The young lady and gentleman I spoke to were very polite, and courteous. They seemed to know immediately which cobblers I was referring to, and gave very clear step by step instructions on how to get there, which I was able to relay to my husband as he meekly drove us there.<br><br>I can't really speak to the quality of their services, but if they treat their customers half as well as they treated me then I'm sure it is very good indeed

Our experience with the property letting centre so far has been very good. All the communication regarding our viewing was super clear. After applying for our property the communication through David especially was super again, very clear and supportive throughout the application and referencing process. We have only been in our property for a couple of months but so far all other communication has been good. We have had one piece of maintenance carried out so far and that all went super smooth also. I would definitely recommend them.
