This is my third time renting through Umega, and I want to specifically thank Julia for making this my best renting experience so far. She was always incredibly quick to respond, efficient, supportive and genuinely caring. During stressful situations, she always reassured me first and then acted quickly to help solve the issue, which really made a difference. Thank you, Julia, for all your help and support throughout the process!

Following recommendations from friends, I used Umega for their letting services for over 6 years, followed by their estate agency service for selling. Compared to every other letting agent I have experienced (at least as a tenant myself) their service was top notch; normally very proactive, fast to respond, and professional. As estate agents, they were excellent (thanks Rachel!). The photography and presentation of the flat was done very well, leading to a fast and pain-free sale. The world of letting agencies is one I have generally not had positive experiences with - so Umega really do stand out as a very professional and competent company. If you are looking to rent, rent-out, or sell a property in Edinburgh, I highly recommend Umega.

I have just started with Umega as a landlord and have found them great to deal with. Nicole has been fantastic throughout and her communication and professionalism has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and I admire her positivity in getting everything done to a high standard. Looking forward to allowing them to manage my property.

Nikole at Umega provided an excellent level of service throughout the sale of our flat. She was professional, approachable, and kept us consistently informed at every stage, responding to queries promptly and clearly. She also went above and beyond by taking delivery of a housewarming gift on our behalf and ensuring it was passed to the new purchasers, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Overall, Nikole made the process smooth and significantly less stressful. We would highly recommend her services.

I do not know from where to start, process, flats, area or the people of UMEGA! The process it was smooth, we didn't even had the smallest delay, stress free as Catherine, our agent was at the all time in contact with us about every step that follows. Thank you Catherine! About the flat, we were amazed, huge, bright, warm ( economic as you won't spent a lot for heat ). But guys, what it makes it more special and what it makes you feel home, are the people that works at UMEGA We met Phil, Philip Newton one of our Development Managers, with a warm welcome and a great smile, explaind us everything that we need to know and handed us the KEYS! thank you Phil!
