​After a disappointing experience with another conveyancing firm during our last property purchase three years ago, we decided to appoint Warners for our recent sale and new-build purchase, drawn by their expertise in this area. Despite a very tight schedule, Leigh and Grzegorz were absolutely excellent throughout. People often say moving house is incredibly stressful, but we never found that to be the case. We were kept consistently updated, and the entire process was seamless - a success we attribute entirely to Leigh and Grzegorz. Having parents who have worked in the property industry for over 40 years, I have come to appreciate the value a skilled conveyancing solicitor brings to the table. Because of this exceptional experience, we have already recommended Leigh to multiple people.

Alan was great during the valuation process. Made sure everything was explained in great detail. Pleasure to work with. Tanisha was great before her holiday at dealing with the viewings side of things. Michelle picked up whilst she was away and was amazing. As someone that wants a lot of updates even if there wasn’t much to say, she was great at keeping us informed. Definitely understands the clients needs and advised us perfectly as and when it was needed. Hopefully won’t need their services again but if I did I would use them in a heartbeat.

Warners in Edinburgh was responsible for both the purchase and sale of properties in my name in April 2026. They were prompt to visit my old property for initial quotes, offering a favourable rate compared to their competitors that I spoke with, so I proceeded with them on this occasion and I would be happy to do so again in future following this experience. Initially I spoke with Ryan, one of their Sales Negotiators, to manage viewings and offers for my old property. Ryan provided valuable advise to expedite the sale of my old property ahead of a purchase deadline which we did meet, for which I am grateful. I was then transferred to Alanna, one of their Solicitors, to facilitate the legal sale and purchase. Alanna provided regular updates on progress and promptly replied to all my questions. Since the purchase completed, Alanna has also been proactive in helping me retrieve parcels delivered in error to the old property.
