Craig and his team are brilliant, trustworthy and helpful. My mum has dementia and was very stressed so Craig went above and beyond to help her, give reassurance and support. When we couldn’t find a key last minute he conjured up a locksmith to save the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Craig, Alan and their amazing team helped my family move out of a top floor Edinburgh tenement up to Perthshire, and I am so grateful to them. They braved the busy streets and erratic drivers of Portobello, and our extremely heavy boxes of many, many books. They treated every plant, box, and piece of furniture like it was their own, all with a smile and great chat. I’m so grateful to them for making our move so stress-free. From the very first introduction meeting to the end of the job Craig and his team were absolutely fantastic. We moved from a 1st floor flat to a town house so lots of climbing stairs, nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service and the guys were superbly professional. The attention to detail wrapping individual items to the care with moving our furniture was great. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingdom removals to anyone. Took away the stress of moving and all went super smooth.
This was an exceptionally difficult move in the run up to Christmas with the move date having to be rearranged on a number of occasions at very late notice. Throughout Craig and his team proved to be sympathetic to our circumstances and very flexible, eventually moving us on the last possible date before Christmas. The team were cheerful and helpful at all times and provided an excellent packing service in addition to the move itself
The only way to move house is with this team! From a swift and competitive quote to a highly professional moving experience, Kingdom were first class. Craig and his team really put the customer first in everything they do. Even when our move was delayed, nothing was too much trouble and we were able to reschedule with the minimum of fuss. On the day of the move (boiling hot) the team worked tirelessly and the packing service we paid extra for was worth every penny. Super organised and efficient, and zero damages. Kingdom are a top class outfit and I couldn't recommend them enough.
