Circle Security

I've been with Circle Security for more than 10 years and have been delighted with their work. The annual maintenance check was quick with usually friendly service. Anomalously a fault developed soon after, but they were out quickly to diagnose the problem as a failing sensor, replaced it and all's been well since.

Excellent communication from Circle Security team from the time Ian came to the property to have a look. Quote given and arranged the date for installation of intruder alarm system, smoke and heat alarm. Darren came to install the systems. Darren was very patient and kind, explained everything thoroughly, making sure we understand and ran a few demos. Great experience on the day of installation and I hope to continue to do business with them.

Darren came out to fix the battery on our alarm system and provided an excellent service. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently — highly recommend!

Once again, Circle provided an excellent service. The engineer who came to undertake the work was respectful and polite. He explained the work he had carried out clearly and never left any mess on completion of the job. Good value for money, prompt service and communication throughout was excellent.

I have used Circle Security for many years. They are always great with communication from arranging the appointment to arriving to the engineer doing the work and the demo at the end. This year I was getting my service and also replacing the siren and dummy box. With advice from Darren also decided to make some upgrades to the system to modernise it. I ended up getting a new box with touch screen keypad all in one not 2 separate as I had previously and can use an app too. Darren did a great job and left everything immaculate. He also offered to paint the small patch where the old keypad was. I would thoroughly recommend Circle.
