I recently had my old standalone smoke alarms replaced with new integrated ones, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication when arranging the appointment was clear and straightforward, and the fitters themselves were professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was installed neatly with no hassle at all. I’m really pleased with the entire process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.
Would not recommend. Were not clear about costs and then tried to overcharge me. Supposed to get annual maintenance but nobody ever contacted me then they charge me for the period which I ended up having to pay so that I could change to a better company. Do not use
Fantastically supportive engineer who took the time to support me after hours. Talked through issues over the phone, reviewed images that I sent over, and helped me to resolve the situation as if he was in the room with me. Very professional, and a relief for myself and my 11 year old when the alarm issue was resolved.
Lucas attended today to upgrade our alarm system. He was punctual, calling me a half before arriving, friendly but professional and very tidy. He explained how to operate the new system so thoroughly. Very impressed with the level of service and Lucas is a credit to SSS. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. We wanted to improve our home security and SSS came out within a couple of days for a survey. They made practical and relatively modestly priced proposals and they installed everything on time and on budget. Highly recommended.
