Michael is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with and Taylor Solar are very competitive, as I had many quotes and did a lot of research on companies,equipment and reviews. The installation team are highly skilled and efficient, explaining everything very well and treated myself and my home with great respect. The system that is installed is outstanding and I am exceptionally pleased with the entire experience including the after sales support which had led me to order another battery. Having received 4 quotes for our relatively complex residential implementation of ground mounted panels and battery storage, we were very impressed with Michael from our first meeting. He made the decision of supplier selection very easy as he was so helpful, open, and thorough in his advice and preparatory work. And this professionalism continued through implementation, commissioning, and handover. The standard of work by everyone engaged by Taylor Solar in our implementation was of the highest level. We engaged Taylor Solar and Taylor Roofing to replace the roof and fit an integrated solar/battery. The whole experience has been excellent. Michael doesn't do hard sell and is very responsive to to any queries regarding the system, supported the application for feed-in and advised any potential financial support. They use high quality products with good warranty, 2yr Insurance and provide the MCS certificate and Electrical installation certificate. Very happy with our decision.

In Early August 2023, I had 4.86kWp of PV (i.e. 12 panels) and 10kW of battery storage installed on my office roof and office attic space by Taylor Solar Ltd. Michael Hale was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, with clear and concise communication. Scaffolders arrived a few days early to set up the scaffolding. Roofers took 1 day to fit the bracketry and PV panels. The electrician arrived the next day to install the 2no batterys, inverter and connect the system. Michael came the next day to run through the system and provide a handover of the neccessary documents. All in all i've been very impressed with company and would certainly recommend them.
