I just had two new windows fitted in the kitchen and bathroom and i have to say, that I am extremely happy with the result. The windows look amazing, I finally can't feel any draft, and the rooms already feel warmer. The job has been done very throughly, and all the communication was very efficient and proffesional. I had absolutely no issues and can highly recommend the company.

I used this company a few months back. I was disappointed with my experience with Edinburgh Windows and Doors. The communication throughout the process was not as clear and I often felt unsure about timelines and next steps. The installation took longer than originally estimated, and I didn’t feel that my concerns were fully addressed when I asked for updates. With some problems even after installation there was very little communication and defensive responses.<br>While the staff were polite, the overall service didn’t meet the level of professionalism I was hoping for, especially given the cost.

From start to finish, our experience of Edinburgh Windows and Doors Ltd was exceptional. We wanted to replace a non-standard sized window in our 1930's lower villa (ie we needed a bespoke solution to a drafty, north-facing kitchen), and were very pleased with all of our interactions with the company, from the initial query through to an on-site assessment, and then to final installation. They did a great job, and the drafts have now gone! Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Edinburgh Windows and Doors replacing and upgrading four tip and tilt double glazed windows in our third floor flat. They look great, work beautifully, and it's wonderful to be draught-free. The team who didi the work were very impressive - experienced, skilful, careful and professional, and they left the flat spotlessly clean and tidy at the end of each day. Very good communications - Steven guided us reliably through the process and kept us in touch at each stage. Highly recommended.

I used Edinburgh Windows and Doors to draught proof my sash and case windows. Initially they were very responsive and transparent which led me to using their services. However, I've been very disappointed with their work despite the high fee. I had to call them to come back twice because the windows weren't done properly. It was quite difficult to get hold of them during this, and I'm still not happy with the result. The windows feel quite unstable, and one of the double glazed window started developing condensation in-between following their works. They also broke one of the window ropes, claiming it wasn't them. Based on my experience I would not recommend the company.
