Strange experience this. Product is good and the installers were fine. Problem was management. They needed 3 attempts to complete the job for minor issues but all they were interested in was payment for an incomplete job. Turned rather aggressive. I like to use local businesses but can’t recommend this company I’m afraid.
Composite front door and two windows installed perfectly in a morning. Competent, pleasant tradesmen cleaned up on completion. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended
We have had a first class experience with this company. Ordered door, got a date for fitting. Two lads came at time stated and made an excellent job of fitting out front door. Very polite and cleared up after. Highly recommend.
Just had our front door replaced. Process easy from start to finish. Answered all my questions when designing the door and quote was very reasonable. Door fitted on day arranged. Door looks perfect. Some of the sealant had come away due to settlement and they were happy to come round and fix it within days. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Excellent service, booked an appointment for the engineer to look at the job. He turned up on time and was able to do it there and then. Even helped fix another door which wasn't on our original job. Repairs were completed to a high standard and I was asked to check I was happy before the engineer left. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.
