Absolutely brilliant service. I had an issue with my Neff oven door hinges coming apart and needed it fixed quickly as I’m in the process of selling my house. Andy the engineer was fantastic — arrived promptly, knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts with him and fixed everything in one visit. He also took the time to sort and clean the oven door properly which was a bonus. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

Contacted oven repairer Andy today to see if he could help me with a replacement inner glass door for my Belling oven! Andy went above and beyond trying to source one for me but appears my cooker is now an obsolete model ! Andy responded instantly even though he was on a job but got back to me straight away !
