I initially spoke with Chris, who was friendly and reassuring. I called quite late, so they didn't have availability for the next day, but booked me in for the following day. He told me I'd get a text the night before or the morning of the appt letting me know when they'd arrive. As promised, I got a timely text early morning to let me know "Lee" would attend early afternoon, which he did.<br><br>Lee was similarly friendly and listened to my concerns. I was worried my drum was moving too much during cycles. He got to it, opened up my machine and checked the drum suspension, weights, stabilisers, etc., gave it a thorough looking over and gave me peace of mind that my machine was working ok. He explained it could have been due to uneven loads, for example, a pair of jeans in with lighter items, and also my machine is 7yrs old so there will just be a little more movement compared to when it was new.<br><br>Chris checked in with me later that day to check everything was ok before he shared the payment details.<br><br>Great customer service and very fair price. Definitely would use them again.
Washing machine died no electricity, only a fuse thankfully but was unsure what amp to use. Called these guys and they kindly answered my question. Thanks guys. I will be using you for any repairs

They came to my rescue finishing off a repair to a door seal, that I didn't have the tools (and competence!) to complete myself. Fortunately we already had the spare part but Chris & his team were excellent and for a fair price. They were even able to come and repair it the same day I called. I was out when the repair occurred but I've been assured by my wife and mother in law that the person who came was 'a lovely young man', so now I have 2 happy women in my life and clean laundry again. Priceless!

Chris came last night to fix a connection that ao workman damaged. He didn't have the part but dropped it off this morning. Terrific service. The lady in the office was lovely too.Highly recommend!
