They came to my rescue finishing off a repair to a door seal, that I didn't have the tools (and competence!) to complete myself. Fortunately we already had the spare part but Chris & his team were excellent and for a fair price. They were even able to come and repair it the same day I called. I was out when the repair occurred but I've been assured by my wife and mother in law that the person who came was 'a lovely young man', so now I have 2 happy women in my life and clean laundry again. Priceless!
Chris came last night to fix a connection that ao workman damaged. He didn't have the part but dropped it off this morning. Terrific service. The lady in the office was lovely too.Highly recommend!
Can't recommend Chris enough. We had him round to look at our washing machine for repair and it turned out we needed a new machine. Chris offered to supply and fit a brand new one for us at a fair price and we were back up and running within just a few days. Great service.
* Update 2 - Text message received AM saying John would be out at lunchtime. He arrived early, got started straight away and my machine was back up and running with no additional parts or costs involved. Had a great chat with John once it was all sorted. Very happy that its all fixed now and that Chris was so quick to sort out the problem with mixed up visit. Would recommend and would use again. * Update - had a call from Chris who apparently had the wrong day to visit in the diary. I'm glad he monitors these reviews and he was keen to put the situation right. Once the repair has been carried out I'll give another review update and give the stars which the company deserves. Thanks Chris. Called to ask if there's would be someone available to come and look at my broken washing machine. Guy I spoke to says "no problem, I'll be out tomorrow late afternoon". Left my details and was grateful for such a quick response. However, no visit, no phone call - just left in the lurch and now have to wait until next week to search for another repairman. Poor customer service.
