Neil helped us from planing through to completion certificate with the conversion and of two properties back to the original townhouse. It was not a straight forward job and Neil was quick to respond and deal with issues as they came up. We would definitely use Neil again if we were undertaking another project.

Working with Neil has been an extremely positive experience. From our first meeting I instantly felt relaxed with Neil and also confident that he was giving the best advice. He guided me through the process from initial drawings, through to planning application to receiving the building warrant. When we changed the plan quite significantly, it was absolutely no bother to Neil and he worked to draw up the new plan.
