Neil helped us from planing through to completion certificate with the conversion and of two properties back to the original townhouse. It was not a straight forward job and Neil was quick to respond and deal with issues as they came up. We would definitely use Neil again if we were undertaking another project.

We engaged Neil at Rankin Architects to design our extension and reconfigure the internal layout of our home, and the service from start to finish was exceptional. As Neil had undertaken similar works to his own property, which is a comparable house type to ours, we were able to see his design ideas first hand. We recently used Neil on a Victorian build renovation project in St Andrews. Neil is very knowledgeable in all areas, and was very easy to work with. He knew the do’s and don’ts, and can’s and cannot’s on building regulations and planning, and made the whole planning process very straight forward. He is very efficient and timely, and he also built a good working relationship with our builder. I can not recommend Neil enough, and would definitely use him again on any future projects.
