We recently had our bathroom renovated and could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the Scott and Kev were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions, offered helpful advice throughout the project, and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. What impressed us most was their ability to stay within the agreed budget while still delivering exceptional workmanship. The project was completed in a timely manner, with excellent communication at every stage, making the whole process stress-free. They both were always pleasant, reliable, and respectful of our home. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Booked with scott to get my bathroom done last week and what an amazing transformation. Can’t believe it’s the same bathroom. It’s that good I don’t want anyone else to use it😂 They were professional, reliable and clearly know what they’re doing. Scott listened to what I wanted, kept everything tidy. And made the whole process smooth and stress free and a bit of banter along the way. I’m absolutely blown away by how it’s turned out. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them. My mum recently had her en-suite bathroom stripped out and updated by Scott. I would highly recommend his work. Waw! I snagged his job and couldn’t find any faults at all. He’s an amazing trade. What a beautiful finish. He’s a perfectionist, fabulous job. We’re so happy with his work. My friend highly recommended him. What a clean and tidy team. They tidied and cleaned up at the end of each day. They put clear sticky sheeting down on all the flooring, even right outside in the foyer of the flats to the outside front entrance. Then when the job was completed he had his cleaner lady come in for an hour. They removed the floor sheeting. She hoovered up everywhere. Cleaned down all the bathroom surfaces. Ready for us to put everything back in straight away. She even offered to help my mum make up her bed again to get her room back to normal. So helpful, I’ve never seen this before. What a great service. Scott took the time with my mum who is elderly and has mobility issues. He designed the bathroom to suit her individual needs. He actually got her to sit on the shower chair so it was the right height for her and put the handrail on to suit her to. He even had her stand at the mirror cabinet to get the height right for her. Great attention to detail. He even got her a new floor metal divider into her bedroom without being asked to finish the floor off. Scott advised us to get a wet room, to future proof my mum living there. It looks like a normal bathroom floor, you would never know. His finish is so perfect. Great choices. He guided us and chose a fabulous mirror cabinet with LED lighting and demister mirror for her to put her make up on. He thinks of everything. He took the time to suit whatever my mum asked him which was so lovely of him. He lowered the ceiling and put LED down lighters, he knows his stuff. It looks so modern now. The shower which was being replaced in the second bathroom had been leaking onto the floorboards. Scott came up with a design to replace the old shower and matched up new panelling in the shower to the existing tiles so we didn’t need to re do the whole second bathroom to keep our costs down. When he lifted out the old shower it ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated and he had to take out the concrete and rebuild up the whole base which was a lot of extra work for him to do. I was so impressed as Scott never asked me for any extra money, he just replaced it all as it just needed to be done. Amazing job. What a great worker Scott is. I can’t thank him enough for such perfection and looking after my mum throughout the whole job. He was so respectful to the client even whilst doing her 2 bathrooms at the same time. He was a joy to deal with.

Scott and him team recently completed a full refurb of my bathroom, knocking through the wall to the ensuite to create one large, modern space. He also installed new flooring in my hallway, built a media wall, and added a breakfast bar in my kitchen. On top of that, he even did a few extra bits and pieces for me along the way, which was really appreciated. His customer service has been outstanding throughout the whole process. Any time I had a question he was quick to respond and helpful. His communication was great with keeping me updated with the progress. There were a couple of small snagging issues after the work was finished, and he came out straight away to sort them without any hesitation. That level of aftercare is rare these days and it shows great customer service I’m absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and his company to anyone looking for high-quality work and brilliant customer service.

From start to finish Scott and his team did a cracking job of my bathroom refurb. Ripped back to the brick and started again and finished to a very high standard. Nothing was a bother for these guys. Friendly, reliable and very trustworthy. Left the place clean and tidy every day when they finished. Even had a cleaner come round for clean up on completion.
