Brilliant service from Forazzi from the initial telecon enquiry, through intro meeting, design, procurement and quality installation.<br>The whole process was made so efficient and stress free by the professionalism and client focused approach by every member of the Forazzi Team. Nothing was an issue to them and the quality of the workmanship and polite and friendly attitude of the two quality tradesman who delivered the installation, was first class. The transformation and quality of workmanship is stunning.<br>You pay for quality and Forazzi deliver exactly that.<br>Highly recommend Forazzi to anyone considering a new bathroom.

We recently had our family bathroom fitted by Forazzi and we're absolutely delighted with the results. From the initial enquiry through to the project being completed, everyone we dealt with was very professional, thorough and helpful. The help with the design phase ensured that we were confident that made the right choice using Chris and the team at Forazzi.<br><br>Our fitters, Iain, Ryan and Connor were absolutely brilliant, friendly and very skilled, they've left us with a stunning bathroom! Any minor snags throughout the process were dealt with promptly and with clear communication. I'd have no issues recommending them to anyone.

Our beautiful new Forazzi bathroom, which we designed to cope with disability issues, was built to a quite exemplary standard by the diligence and expertise of the Forazzi installation team led by Greg.<br><br>The whole of the Forazzi experience was one of competence and professionalism, from our first contact with Elaine in Glasgow, to Ricky’s prompt and reassuring survey, then the actual amazing build and stunning finish by Greg and Peter, as well as most welcome and helpful liaison with Elaine throughout.<br><br>My husband and I say a huge thank you to the Forazzi Team for giving us the most beautiful so called “disability” bathroom, loved by us both and much admired by friends.<br><br>JS & IS

Really dissapointing. Had an appointment arranged but nobody showed up. No call or message to explain why either. No idea what the quality of their work is like, but not showing up as scheduled makes me think it wouldn’t be great.

I recently had Forazzi design and install a full bathroom refit in a difficult tenement flat. They were great the whole time and were in constant contact through the whole process, making it as easy as possible. They were able to deliver exactly what I wanted for the bathroom and were excellent at keeping tidy and dealing with any issues. I would highly recommend Forazzi for anyone looking to transform their bathroom!

Fantastic company! We had Chris and the team out to convert a cupboard in our new tenement flat into a second bathroom. It wasn’t an easy job at all, but we’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Even when complications arose part way through (who knew we had an old Victorian fire place hiding behind our kitchen units) they were able to pivot quickly and get everything back on track.<br><br>Communication by Chris, Ricky, Elaine and the team was second to none, and gave us real confidence in selecting Forazzi for our job. Although not the cheapest out there, you’re paying for quality and the peace of mind knowing that the job will be done properly by a team with real skill and experience (especially in Victorian properties). Already considering booking them in to renovate our second bathroom!<br><br>Special mention to Greg, who seems to be able to work absolute magic. We were really concerned about our hard wood floors and kitchen units being damaged when being removed to run the pipe work from the cupboard, which was right in the middle of the flat, out the back. He managed to do this and replace them without a single scratch. He also spent hours straightening all of the walls in the original cupboard - who knew they were so squint!?<br><br>Seb was fantastic too, and we really appreciate the job he did sprucing up the kitchen with a lick of paint. We are delighted with our bathroom refit carried out by Forazzi. From design to installation was excellent.<br><br>We approached several companies for quotes and they were either, very expensive, didn’t interact with us with regards to what we wanted in bathroom or didn’t turn up!<br><br>None of these apply to Forazzi. The price was very fair and the quote gave detailed information on what would be done and the cost of each step. They were very good on discussing with us what we wanted, giving guidance on what would work etc.<br><br>The finished job was of a very high standard and was exactly what we had wanted done. For a reasonable cost they also removed all waste etc. One or two minor snagging issued fixed very quickly.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Forazzi.

Everyone we’ve spoken to has been brilliant with good communication. Our bathroom installation was finished earlier than expected with a thorough check through everything that was done. I had my bathroom designed and installed by Forazzi, and the whole experience was outstanding. Ricky Wilson created a clever, stylish design that made the most of the restricted attic space, and the finished room looks incredible. Bartosz and Benjamin delivered flawless workmanship — professional, tidy, and clearly skilled. A single photo doesn’t do the bathroom justice; the transformation is far better in person. The project ran smoothly, communication was excellent, and the result is a beautiful, high‑quality bathroom. Highly recommended.
