We had our new bathroom installed whilst we were on a weeks holiday to save any inconvenience for us during that week.the only word I can use to see what we returned to is WOW.it was late when we came home and thought we had came home to wrong house.what a delightful shock we had when we opened the door.professional quality work and finish from everyone involved from the first chat in the showroom to the end result.big shout out to Garry (fitter),Josh his apprentice,Stevie (plumber),craig(tiler) and Ian (spark) and all the staff in showroom.we are 100% happy with everything that was done and would use again without doubt and we highly recommend this company

We have just completed our third bathroom using The Bathroom Company Glasgow and I would have no doubts at all in recommending them to you. They have been excellent on every project. This is not only for the quality of the work, but from the design, their attitude and approach. Everything is focussed on making you happy and they work to resolve any issues and go the extra mile to ensure your dream bathroom is just they way you want it. We have worked with multiple fitting teams from the company and all have the same focus on doing a great job. They are all friendly, professional and conscientious. The key benefits are their approach which is supportive and helpful and the time it saves having all the trades together and co-ordinated. When things go wrong they work hard to fix it. In our first bathroom a digital shower valve was faulty and it was fixed straight away then a bespoke mirror had a scratch on it from the fabrication and they replaced it. Neither of these issues were the fault of The Bathroom Company Glasgow but they worked hard to get them resolved. This company offers high end bathrooms and the price reflects this but the quality of the products and the standard of the workmanship makes it worth it. They are also multi-trade and they co-ordinate well between the fitting team, the tilers, the electrician and the office which just makes things work more smoothly. I have personally recommended them to many people and would have no question about doing so again.

When we came to choosing and having our new bathroom fitted, we knew exactly what company we would be going with; several of our close neighbours have all had new bathrooms fitted by The Bathroom Company Glasgow within the last 4 years. I had been following their Facebook page and had seen excellent reviews. The fact that appealed to us was that the company designed, supplied and fitted everything, there was no need to arrange separate services/tradesmen, the whole process was seamless, from us visiting the showroom, Richard coming out to assess our bathroom, Martin planning our bathroom and guiding/advising us through our choices on our next visit to the showroom. Dougie and Bob were our fitters, Liam our electrician, Craig and Gary were our tilers. The whole team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dougie had to advise us on some minor changes and adjustments when he was on site in our bathroom, (just the way our house is) but you knew that you trusted their knowledge and experience, and our dogs loved everyone! Our bathroom is quite small, but the design and fitments have made it seem so much more streamlined and spacious, we are delighted with it, and have already recommended The Bathroom Company Glasgow to several friends. This was a great experience from our first home visit with Ritchie, to our planning appointment. Martin guided us through the planning process, offered useful advice and suggestions without any high pressure sales. There is a great range of top quality bathrooms and accessories to choose from. To our amazement our large bathroom was completed in only four days, exactly to the agreed specification. Fitters Sean, Morgan, Ben and Craig where very professional, courteous, helpful and hardworking, the standard of their work is exemplary. We are delighted with our new bathroom and the five star service we received throughout from the whole team. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new bathroom.
