The Bathroom & Shower Centre

Had a cloakroom toilet fitted downstairs. Can’t praise the guys enough. They did a great job with the planning etc space was at a premium but a fantastic job was done by the guys. We are well pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot praise Gerry and his team enough. Our finished bathroom is brilliant and completed to such a high standard. The team were efficient, helpful, nice to have around and very polite. They helped us with many decisions and provided great after care. We had one issue, not of their doing, and they came back straight away and fixed it. Recommend very highly.

The team did a first class job in completely renovating my bathroom and shower room. They had renovated the bathroom and shower room in my previous flat and did a fantastic job so I had no hesitation in using them again. Their skills and "can do" approach means they will always find a solution to any issue. Gerry does a grand job in managing the project from beginning to end. Their customer service is second to none including their post-installation service as they are always happy to help with any queries or issues that arise. All round professionals.

Delighted an understatement. Thanks to Gerry and laura from the first visit to the shop to full completion of our new bathroom. Waited 21 years for this. Shopped many a place but could not fault cost, quality, Professionalism and workmanship 110%. The fitters, Gareth, Ross, Stuart, Yanick, what gentleman. So punctual, polite, absolute grafters. Full trust in their workmanship, reliable and left them in most days as felt a great trust in them all. We can't recommend this company enough from first consultation to completion in 6 days. Thank you so much for all you done. Very much appreciated. John and Janet. Two Grateful Nurses. 😊

Had our bathroom done in January and so delighted with how it all turned out. Everything is perfect and everyone we dealt with from start to finish was so so friendly and helpful. The chaps left the house spotless each night and the quality of their work is amazing. The price we paid was exactly as quoted and we have had so many compliments on how it looks.

We have just recently had our shower unit replaced by Gerry and his team. The original shower cubicle was installed by the same company 21 years ago. We only wanted the shower changed as it was showing its age, but the rest of the bathroom still looks good as new. We had a small extension added to our property a few years ago, which included a downstairs toilet. The room needed updated as it had just been painted after the builders left. The obvious place to go was the Bathroom & shower Centre. So glad we did, the toilet looks amazing with beautiful tiles and a lovely sink unit & basin. There was a slight problem recently and without hesitation the issue was very quickly resolved. What an amazing team including the office staff. Thank you so much.

A big thanks to the Bathroom & Shower Centre team! Having a completely new bathroom was a new (and scary) venture for me - but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. I am really delighted with the result. (My visitors and family have all been very impressed too!) I love the whole room and my walk-in shower is fantastic. Everyone in the team was extremely professional. And cheerful! I was guided with good advice, while my ideas were taken seriously. The work finished on time and on budget. Thoroughly recommended.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I had an ensuite and bathroom fitted and Gerry and his team were exemplary in every way. Everything was dealt with brilliantly and customer care and satisfaction is high on their priorities. They go over and beyond: I accidentally dropped a jar that chipped my ensuite basin a few weeks after that job was completed. Thinking there may be a kit that could make it less obvious, I mentioned it to one of the workmen who came back to finish a final detail in the bathroom. A few days later, I had a call to say that Gerry had ordered a new basin for me at no cost. I was astounded at this as it was entirely my fault. That is the sort of company they are. I cannot recommend them enough. Every step of the process was smooth and easily dealt with and I am delighted with their work. An easy five stars and a sincere thank you to Gerry and every member of his team.

I recently had an entire shower unit installed in one room, and a new shower in another by them. They're the best - professional, friendly, and left my flat perfectly tidy at the end of each day. I couldn't fault them, and would use them again for any further work.

Very pleased with the work done. All the guys were extremely helpful, particularly Jarrik, and conscientious. Also they cleaned up afterwards to a very high standard. Couldn't recommend more highly. A. Warhurst
