Excellent from the start - As a first time buyer, home buying is very daunting and complex.<br>I had looked into various mortgage brokers but Supercontractors stood out as they were so helpful in answering my initial questions so I decided to go with them.<br>Euan was excellent and very patient! Super Contractors team had helped me secure a product transfer with relative ease and process has been very straight forward. They originally helped me secure the mortgage 5 years back and I was surprised to receive communication from them few months back suggesting me to look at the options as the mortgage deal coming to an end. Dave has been fantastic and always a pleasure to work with. He gave me all the available options with current lender and other ones as well. Once I decided to go with current lender the process has been simple. Donald and Lynne have been very helpful and kept me informed through out the process and advised me the timelines that I need to get back to them by.
