We had dry rot in our living room and hall the job was completed from start to finish to an excellent standard, nothing was a problem with the team, they were total professionals. We were kept up to date with each phase and had to move out for 2 weeks whilst they carried out the work, came home to the finished job which we were delighted with. We would definitely recommend this company.
Needed to get some work done and contacted APS for a quote. I felt really comfortable discussing my requirements with the office administrator and was impressed by how thorough David was when he carried out the inspection. APS were absolutely amazing from start to finish with fixing dry rot in our bathroom. From Jonathan coming out to survey the affected area free of charge (alongside figuring out what caused the rot in the first place), to the excellent quality joinery work done by the team, to the fabulous finish the plasterer left us with at the end ready for painting. Everyone was polite, tidied up after themselves and really knew their stuff. The price was the cheapest we were quoted and even when more rot was revealed, the price added on was very reasonable. Jonathan contacted our factor and kept things moving along so we weren't stuck without a bathroom for longer! Excellent work from all involved, absolutely recommend them for anyone dealing with dry rot in a tenement.
