I had 3 damp proof ‘experts fix damp problems’ with ongoing issues. I had a recommendation from my mortgage broker to get in touch with Advanced Preservation Specialists, who attended my property within a couple of days. Jonathan was very professional in his approach, informative and friendly, following the inspection he provided verbal feedback followed by a report within a couple of days. I was on the wrong path as the problem has been condensation. If I had continued in the same vain I would have spent more thousands on “damp proofing experts” to little avail. I will now undertake the work recommended at very little cost which will resolve the key issue. It has been an expensive lesson for me but going forward I will always use this company when faced with any other issues or buying new property. If I had done this in the first place it would have saved me a lot of money and put my mind at ease. Thank you to Jonathan at APS

We had dry rot in our living room and hall the job was completed from start to finish to an excellent standard, nothing was a problem with the team, they were total professionals. We were kept up to date with each phase and had to move out for 2 weeks whilst they carried out the work, came home to the finished job which we were delighted with. We would definitely recommend this company.

This post is based on damp reports and work undertaken by APS for my previous property, in addition my current home. APS are an excellent, family run business who are both thorough and responsive to requests and questions. In both cases I dealt with Jonathan who is very experienced and personable. In short, APS carried out a professional job for me so I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

Needed to get some work done and contacted APS for a quote. I felt really comfortable discussing my requirements with the office administrator and was impressed by how thorough David was when he carried out the inspection. I felt reassured that they would do a good job and that I wasn't being overcharged for the work. The boys who carried out the work were excellent and did a really good job leaving the rooms as good as new. We were very pleased that we had chosen APS and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else

Works for rising damp were needed in my ground floor flat. I can describe the whole process from APS in one word - excellent. From the initial survey all the way through to completion, I can't fault one thing. Thank you to David, the amiable and amenable Drew and Alan, the plasterers (I've forgotten your names again, gents, sorry!) and Caroline for making a process I felt sick about at the beginning a very bearable one. ***11 out of 10***.
