I have nothing but the highest praise for SMPS Building Preservation Ltd. I contacted them as I was looking for a local Company to carry out a Survey on an older property in Johnstone, prior to considering making an offer. From the very start Simon was so helpful and gave me advice. He was able to carry out the Survey within 48 hours and give me a very detailed verbal report on his findings at the property, followed up with a full written report. His knowledge was above and beyond what I had expected, and I just can't praise highly enough his service, honesty and good advice. I am grateful that I contacted this Company, and not any other, and I have no hesitation in using their services.
Excellent prompt service from Simon and the guys, was able to provide a speedy survey and send out a team same day to carry out wood worm treatment in the attic and garage - team aware that property was up for sale and took great care to ensure treatment carried out in meticulous fashion. Would use again for specialist preservation work. Highly recommended.
Phoned to see about surveying a damp issue in my home that I've tried numerous times to resolve with no success. Simon was luckily in the area and was down in 24 hours to have a look. I needed a rising damp issue remided in my eldely parents hallway wall. I Contacted SMPS Building Preservation Specialists and spoke to Simon who was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. He sent his team out the very next day to damp course and board the problem wall. Andy did a fantastic job, and it was compleated in under four hours from start to finish, to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend SMPS Highly enough. Great company . Garenteed peace of mind.
