My mum is absolutely over the moon with her new windows from Hi Spec Windows. From start to finish the service was excellent. Craig was a pleasure to deal with and kept everything straightforward and professional. The installers were friendly, worked efficiently, and left the house spotless with no trace they had been there apart from the fantastic new windows. Top marks all round – highly recommended.

Amanda didn't push us, she measured up and showed us what products they offer and explained what they were. Just as she said in their video advertisement, they'll be in and out in half an hour. This was early December and I asked if it was possible to fit before Christmas. Yes was the answer! Amanda gave us our formal financial quote only hours later which was incredibly good and we accepted. A team of three professional and polite fitters completed the job and removed all old materials, cleaned up. Our carpets were protected during the work too. The day after, Amanda called to ask if everything was good and that we were happy, which we are and also to call anytime if there's any adjustments required or issues. They set a great standard as to how a company should perform. We are delighted and would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely great service provided, workers were amazing and would do anything to help. All windows and doors in on one day, excellent 👌 Tidied up everything, no mess at all at end of day as hoovered full house once complete. First class service from Hi-Spec. Craig was so nice & explained everything - no pressure whatsoever. Jamie & Stuart fitted my windows & were an absolute joy to have working in the house - professional, friendly, funny & they cleaned up once they were finished - their work is to the highest standard. Two days to fit 6 windows & a front door. The quality is amazing & I am over the moon with everything - the price was excellent too. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to change their windows & doors. Thank you all for transforming my house - it looks amazing.

From start to finish I can’t fault this company , from my first meeting with Craig to his fitting teams . 12 windows all done within two days . Outstanding workmanship. Arrived on time both days and fully cleaned and tided up each day before finishing off . Effortlessly and Seamlessly Working. We are delighted with the finished product . We will be back as I have two further projects needing looked at. Double Glazing has a funny reputation but I can certainly say , Hi - Spec has 💯 got my trust . Great job to all involved
