Abbey Gates have provided us with a fantastic service. They installed a gate automation system at our container depot in Glasgow earlier this year, and when recent high winds caused some damage, their response was amazing. I emailed them late on a Friday night, and by Saturday morning they were on site assessing the damage, with the repairs completed on Monday morning to get us back up and running. Their customer service is exceptional - I would highly recommend them.

Went with Abbey Gates for installation of composite partition and gate as liked what I saw on their website and competitive price against other companies.Had great communication with Johnston from when he came to measure up and kept me informed with updates regarding installation. Regarding installation which was completed inside a month from when ordered. Daniel and Nathan did an excellent installation job.There were some issues as previous wooden posts were larger than metal posts to be installed and some driveway blocks had to be removed but Daniel communicated any issues before continuing installation. Johnston, Daniel and Nathan were very pleasant.
A fantastic service from start to finish and superb customer service. We needed new hand rails on our front steps. Communication was good throughout the installation and the finished article is something we're very pleased with. We'd asked for something to be tweaked after the install and the follow up visit was quickly handled.
