I am incredibly impressed with the service from We Love Your Projects for my new Worcester Bosch boiler installation. Usually, when you try to book a local engineer, you're looking at a 2-3 week wait minimum. However, using their Fast Track option, I had my new boiler installed just 2 days after ordering. The quality of the work was top-notch. I realized during the process just how much work is actually involved in a proper installation—it’s a massive job, and it’s clearly worth every penny for the peace of mind and the excellent long warranty they provide. A special shout-out to the engineer, Chris, who was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. Customer support was also very helpful throughout. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free experience!
I have used this company for a couple of years now. I have had joinery, plumbing, boiler replacement and most recently electrical work done. From the first phone call, to the booking of the service has been seamless. Every work person that has come in to my house have been professional, on time, and leave your house clean and tidy. I do not use any other company. There are email updates and emails after the work has been completed to check everything. I will continue to use this company as I am confident with every work person who has come out to complete the job. Thank you all
Had a fantastic experience with the team fitting a new kitchen and flooring throughout my flat. From the initial visit I found the team very professional and helpful. I felt I got a transparent price and the service was great. It was important to me, as a female, to feel respected but also supported throughout the process, which definitely happened. The team working in the flat were tidy and looked after the space. They were also flexible and able to manage problems with supply and change small things last minute at my request. Antonia and Jamie were on hand by email throughout the process. They were very responsive when I had questions and provided regular updates on the works. Would absolutely recommend the team to anyone looking to get work done in the near future. Working with We Love Your Projects made a big upheaval much easier!
Had an EV charger installed in early summer - can’t fault the work carried out however communication has been poor throughout. Didn’t disclose additional charge for part I didn’t know was optional. Had further issues with faulty charger which engineer attended promptly for - however following being advised it was a manufacturer issue and that Ohme would be contacted directly via WLYP i waited 3 further weeks before making further contact with WLYP and being advised the case was closed without resolution without this being communicated to me. Now having to deal directly with manufacturer after a 3 week delay and communication only made after me proactively seeking out clarity. Communication incredibly poor - a shame as was recommended based on positive reviews however won’t be utilising in future. Edit: thanks for replying, however for clarity’s sake the engineer advised very clearly they would contact Ohme and the issue would be handled via yourselves as you were the installing company. I then heard nothing for 3 weeks and on contacting you was advised you had contacted Ohme - who advised they would deal with me directly- however this was not relayed to me by WLYP staff, and the case I’m referring to being closed is from WLYP not Ohme. Now that I am dealing with Ohme directly there have been no further issues. In relation to the additional part, I can assure you that I was unaware of the part’s existence- I would have had no knowledge to request it “additionally”. The standard part did not fit - the engineers advised they would order another - that was all that was communicated to me. After multiple follow up visits, including some which were cancelled on the day - only on the final visit did the engineer advise the part was not essential. As you will be aware I was only then made aware of additional charges- there is clearly a disconnect between what staff are communicating to your business and what is being communicated to clients. As I said, really disappointing as WLYP came recommended - miscommunication is human nature, but instead of being transparent and communicative - this reply implies a doubling down and implying I’m not being honest has left an incredibly sour taste as it’s just entirely false.
I have used We Love Your Projects on several occasions - ranging from new boiler and spot lights to a serious renovation project, which included a new bathroom, shower room and kitchen. They will lead you through the whole project from start to finish. Their professionalism and expertise is excellent and I can't rate them highly enough.
