Just completed a 4 month block of training with Jack and I truly gained a lot, he is very helpful in teaching technique and progressively overloading throughout the weeks. Furthermore, a lovely trainer with good chat, which helps during the sessions, and a beautiful gym with top of the range equipment. Highly recommend.

I’ve been strength training for years but was struggling to maintain consistency due to injury and a stressful work life balance. Jack has helped me work around this and I feel the strongest I’ve ever been. Jack is supportive, professional, very knowledgeable and an excellent personal trainer. He’s also a great guy and put me totally at ease. I would recommend Studio West to anyone!

If you are wanting a personal trainer then look no further than Studio Fitness. I can recommend Jack enough! I hadn’t worked out pretty much ever and Jack made me feel so comfortable. Not only is Jack super professional but he genuinely cares and goes above and beyond not only with ensuring I was working out correctly but continuously advised me on how I can sort out my diet and really motivated me to do everything I could to get the most out of the sessions. He’s a great guy and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be where I am now. The best x

I've worked with a few personal trainers in Glasgow and Jack at Studio West Fitness is simply the best. The space itself is filled with plants and light, a welcome change from gym environments that pay no attention to aesthetics. Jack is using new, top of the line equipment for every exercise you could possibly want to do. His style is friendly and motivational, you will work hard and see the results (I get regular compliments from family and friends). I'm always surprised at just how much we can fit into a session, I walk away feeling healthy, energetic and inspired and always look forward to our next session knowing that Jack will mix it up, no session is the same and because he's watching your form and progress, I feel the exercises are targeted to my specific goals, strengths and weaknesses, it's not a one size fits all approach. I'd recommend Jack to anyone regardless of age or ability, he will develop a routine that will work for you and keep you challenged and you will notice results.

Training with Jack was a real game changer in my physical wellness journey. From goal setting, motivation and even assistance with optimal diet planning he was super attentive and supportive & providing excellent advice. Always aware of his clients needs and planning requirements, his amazingly friendly and fun personality made training sessions a joy. Not to forget the incredibly fitted out gym. Professional and encouraging at all times. Wouldn't train with anyone else.
