Having tried to sell a beautiful - but empty - flat for over 8 weeks with no luck (which was hard to believe when the market was as buoyant as it was at the time), I decided to try a different approach. Ross was able to stage the flat within a few days of me making contact, and transformed it for going onto the market. An additional bonus was the professional photos and videos, which could be used by the Estate Agent, saving on some of their marketing costs. Would highly recommend as a great investment when selling an unfurnished property.
