Glasgow Kitchen & Bathroom Centre

Used this company after being recommended by a friend. Initial impression was very good but ultimately was disappointed with the service. No detailed price breakdown supplied. We had picked what appeared to be less expensive items but were given no clarity on how the overall charge was made up. Poor communication among the sales staff, fitter & tiler meant the tiles were initially placed too high. I had to ask to get them redone and we were left with areas of the walls which needed replastered (at our own expense). Initially assured that some remedial work as requested would be attended to but I was just fobbed off and nothing was done. For what we paid (£10,300) the overall end result was disappointing.

Had a complete bathroom installation carried out last week, and from meeting Derek, who helped us plan and choose fittings, to the team who removed all the rubbish from outside our property, the job was 1st class. Derek came to the house, measured up and offered us good advice. We went to the showroom the following day when we decided on all the components, and Derek swiftly produced a 3D image of how it would look. We called and emailed Derek a few times to change bits and pieces, but nothing was a problem, and all our requests were met. Brian and his team arrived last Monday morning as promised and worked tirelessly all week, and the end result is more than we could have hoped for. The way they carried out the work was both courteous and professional, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The plumbing, joinery, tiling and electrical work are all first class. The two young men who came to remove all the rubbish from the front of the house couldn't have been nicer, and were busy for an hour. If you're looking to install a new bathroom, look no further. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glasgow Kitchen & Bathroom Centre to anyone.

Terrible service, dealing with leaks every since they re done our bathroom - do not recommend

We had a bathroom supplied and fitted last week. From the excellent design and plan advice (by Scott), delivery of goods, and fitting the service provided was perfect. The bathroom is beautiful. We are both delighted.

We recently had our bathroom and cloakroom renovated. The experience from start to finish was seamless and first class. Alasdair spent time over several discussions to ensure the layouts were optimal and fixtures were right for us and the layout.<br><br>The fitting team, Paul, Drew and Davie were courteous, tidy and the finishes are to an excellent standard.<br><br>We would highly recommend this company

Glasgow Kitchen and Bathroom installed a new kitchen and en-suite bathroom for us. Derek and Simon gave excellent advice and organised the installation very quickly to meet our timescales. The fitters were very good and we are delighted with the results.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, immaculate planning and attention to detail, everything went as planned, the install Team were the best I’ve ever seen , I was sad to see them go, can’t praise them enough, would recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom

We had an en suite designed and fitted by the Glasgow Kitchen & Bathroom Centre. We are delighted with the result! Derek was extremely helpful, communicated well and his design made great use of limited space. The team of fitters led by Brian was outstanding and the quality of work excellent. They finished the job on time removing all the old bathroom furniture and debris. We will definitely use this company again and fully recommend them.

Initial visit to the showroom was to look at kitchens with our daughter. However while there i spoke to Derek with a bathroom query. Initially we had planned to get our bathroom done by another company but had a few doubts about it all. After chatting to Derek I spoke to my husband and we went to the showroom the next day. The quality of products were far superior to those being supplied by our original choice. There was no hard sell while we were there. All our questions were answered and we arranged to have a survey later that week. This was done on the Thursday morning by Derek and by Thursday afternoon we had a plan and quote. Fast forward a few weeks....job done. Great team comprising Paul, Drew and Davie....amazing workmen, no issues from any of them and they worked so hard and respected our property. Started on the Monday by removing old bathroom and by Friday we had an amazing beautifully tiled shower room. Great company to deal with and they only use the best fitters. Would we recommend.....without a doubt "simply the best".

We used GKBC to rip out our old shower room and install a wet room and new equipment. Dealing with Scott at GKBC was very simple and straightforward, but also professional. There was no pushy sales, or trying to upsell. He listened to what we were after and provided options. The communication pre install was perfect, and the team who delivered the install, led by Dan, was outstanding. Complete on time within one week, on site when they said they'd be and the finish is exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending GKBC and their installation team led by Dan.
