Tom & his colleague did a very neat job when planting a beech hedge along the perimeter of our back garden. They managed to get it done quicker than expected and amended the invoice accordingly. Would definitely recommend.

Tom is a rare find: experience, vision, absolute flexibility to work with his customers in a variety of ways. He has quickly turned a bewildering empty acre into usable space where what I do, will actually make an impact. And that's only the first step! 6 stars. Watch this space.....

Professional and exceptionally executed work. From the consultation phase through to implementation, Tom and his team were excellent. They provided me with concepts that I hadn’t considered while at all-the-time paying close attention to my initial ideas and desires. Work was carried out both on time and with consideration for myself and my neighbours. Communication was open and work was delivered on time with my expectations being exceeded. I would genuinely highly recommend Angel Horticulture for your next project.

My property is on the Isle of Bute and sits near the beach, which is lovely, but not without its gardening challenges. While the climate is milder than in some parts of Scotland, the west coast winds can be fierce, and the rain! I started creating the garden around four years ago, and while it’s now a lovely, evolving space, it’s been a learning process. At first, my approach was driven more by passion than planning - if I liked a plant, I planted it, regardless of whether it was suitable for the conditions. About a year ago, I decided I needed a more structured approach and found Tom through an online search. We've worked together several times since. Tom’s knowledge of plants and garden design is outstanding. He’s helped me create a more cohesive flow through the garden, tying different areas together. Although there is a plan and structure now it still has the naturalistic feel I love. Tom has a calm, friendly manner and is a joy to work with, always open to my ideas, but equally ready to suggest more practical alternatives. He now makes seasonal maintenance visits, adjusting and relocating plants as needed because, as every gardener knows, a garden is never truly finished. The results are just great (I’ve attached some photos) and I couldn’t recommend Tom more highly, whether you're looking for a design plan or hands-on support.

Tom visited pre-Covid to discuss the design for my depressing grey L-shaped garden. He was very thorough in his questioning, measuring and photography to make sure I ended up with something that suited my lifestyle and needs and the design he came up with was indeed stunning! Then of course Covid hit, suppies dried up, landscapers could not finish jobs or take on new ones plus prices went through the roof! Tom has kept in touch throughout the 4 years it has taken to get the garden to where it is now. Compromises had to be made and its not quite finished even yet but this week Tom did the planting and it is well on the way to being the stunning garden he designed. He is approachable, efficient, professional, thorough, reliable and loyal and I have no hesitation in recommending him for your gardening requirements
