John was outstanding. Helped me out on the phone to secure the door temporarily in a way I could understand and manage with no expertise before coming the next day (Sunday) to assess the repair required. John seemed genuinely passionate about his work and returned on Tuesday with the part and repaired the door to a high standard. He explained how to best avoid the issue in the future and the price was more than reasonable. Could not recommend more if you need his services

John came out as my door lock kept sticking. Explained what he believed was the problem. Great price too. Was very flexible as I had to reschedule due to work. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic job by John. He quickly came out to look at work required at my brother's house. It was a difficult old lock but John worked at it until he had completed the job. My brother has dementia and needs to be secure in his home. I would highly recommend Access Lock Company, John is a great locksmith and a lovely guy. Very reasonable price and I will certainly use him again!

My patio door wouldn't close and John fitted a new cylinder.When it still wouldn't work he took out the whole locking mechanism ensured it was free of any obstacles and got it to work when he refitted it. All at a very reasonable price . John is very professional and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else
