John came out as my door lock kept sticking. Explained what he believed was the problem. Great price too. Was very flexible as I had to reschedule due to work. Would highly recommend.
What a fantastic job by John. He quickly came out to look at work required at my brother's house. It was a difficult old lock but John worked at it until he had completed the job. My brother has dementia and needs to be secure in his home. I would highly recommend Access Lock Company, John is a great locksmith and a lovely guy. Very reasonable price and I will certainly use him again!
Highly recommended. Had a delivery of a new sofa on 2nd Jan for the day my conservatory doors decided to break and not open, with the sofa to be left in my garden (wouldn’t fit through front door). Was out quickly and fixed the problem with no issues, even helped me in with my new sofa 🫣. Great guy and no one else I tried was available this day. Would definitely use again.
Called back promptly, showed up shortly after as was close to my area, replaced locks AND fixed doors which were not closing smoothly. Fantastic service woukd highly recommend. Thank you!
