Alex was at the property in 15 minutes. Gained entry with no damage within 2 minutes (we were locked in and it was getting late worrying about how we were going to get the kids to school the next day). New gearbox was installed within half an hour. Alex explained what had caused the issue (likely the cowboys that installed the door in the first place in my opinion) and showed us how the door should work. It genuinely feels like he installed a new door while we weren’t looking. Excellent service and highly recommend.
