I have used BK Gill on 3 separate occasions over the period of 8 years. They were recently involved, in the sale and purchase of a couple of properties. They have always been very professional, customer service second to none, always felt prioritised - almost providing and personal tailored service and made both the daunting and stressful tasks of buying a selling not so. Would most definitely recommend!

My partner and I have just completed our first house purchase together and used BK Gill for our whole conveyancing process. We're really happy with our experience overall and are glad we went for a small family-run business! We dealt a little with Robert and Zoheb initially who helped us to put in offers on a couple of houses at their closing dates, and they were both efficient and communicative when we needed them to move quickly. When we eventually had an offer accepted on our new home, we dealt mostly with Zaynah for the rest of the process who was absolutely brilliant. She was very thorough and organised, and kept us posted at every stage so we always knew what was happening, what was needed and what the next step was. She got back to any queries promptly and explained things/answered our numerous questions (I was a first time buyer) in a clear and friendly way. Initially things felt a bit stressful with all of the paperwork, ID and financial checks that you need to go through. We did find the Amiqus process quite repetitive and clunky and feel that could be improved to be a bit more user friendly, including clearer guidance on filling it out. Eddie was dealing with the Amiqus side of things and we felt he could've been a little bit clearer and more communicative responding to our emails. We then went through a period of weeks of calm and not much happening (with reassurance from Zaynah that everything was lined up nicely), then completion week went even better than we'd hoped for with no hitches and a smooth process to us getting our keys! Overall we're very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use BK Gill again. Thanks very much!
