I have recently had to remortgage my house due to my 5yr deal finishing & i used McVey & Murricane for the conveyancing & legal side. Correspondence and updates from McVey & Murricane were regular and frequent and clearly set out the stages and procedure required for the re-mortgage. All correspondence was by email. I did call the practice once to get an update as to how the process was progressing in the final week before completion. I was reassured everything was in order which was reassuring. Process worked smoothly and completion was on time. Although correspondence was system generated the information was clear and concise. All forms were clear and simple to complete. Overall i am very pleased with the service provided by M&M.
