Came out, did nothing, shrugged their shoulders and left. Ignored my texts over the next two weeks asking for them to advise or help, especially with me having a 6 year old in the house. During the visit they gave no advice, took no action, were in and out in 15 minutes, just seemed to want their call out charge. Contacted another company and they were out and had it sorted in 2 hours. I don't trust these google reviews, over a thousand 5 star reviews? Nothing suspicious there.
We discovered a massive wasp nest in our loft space yesterday. I contacted Pest Solutions and received a message from Megan this morning. After a brief exchange of messages, Megan was able to attend our home at lunchtime. She was lovely and very professional from start to finish and did an excellent job. Had Megan out from Pest Solutions to deal with a full scale ant infestation in our bedroom wall. She came out the next day and sorted our problem so quickly, we can’t thank her enough. She was so friendly and ensured us she was on hand to message if we needed her again. Thankfully she sorted our problem so effectively the day she came out and came back a second visit to ensure no ants would make a surprise appearance. Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you!!

Just had Ceri Turner out for an emergency wasp nest in the house. Hundreds of wasps coming into the study all over the carpets, walls, surfaces and window at my parents home. My father is terminally ill and my mother is struggling to cope so the situation was urgent, especially since my Mum had been stung multiple times. From the initial callback from Mary, to Ceri's arrival within 3 hours, Pest Solutions bent over backwards to get our situation under control asap. Ceri could not have been more helpful or thorough, and talked us through everything she did, as well as explaining precautions to take when re- entering the room. I would highly recommend Pest Solutions, especially Ceri, who impressed us very much.
Lewis was great when he came out had a potential wasp nest he was very understanding and explained what to look for and we were able to confirm where the nest was.
Lewis was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this company. We had mouse issues and Lewis solved them quickly and effectively. He came out the next week and always kept us informed about what was going on in every visit visits. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will weirdly miss our weekly catch ups!
