I can't thank Pest Solutions enough for the perfect service they provided. Connor was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Thanks to Connor's hard work the pest problem at our property was dealt with quickly. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to doing a great job. I would highly recommend Pest Solutions and on an end note Connor is a real credit to the company.
Connor was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. He worked around my work schedule, always on time and had great communication by text alerting me to when I was booked for an appointment and when he was on the way with an ETA. Fantastic service, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and kept me updated on each visit. I would recommend 100% and I do not usually write reviews, however, on this occasion I made an exception due to high level of customer service and satisfaction with the great job I received - well done.
Had a brilliant experience with Pest Solutions – very calm and reassuring but also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to treating bed bugs in our building. Special shout out to Lewis: I was quite panicked at the situation, but he quickly put my mind at ease and was incredibly thorough, courteous and professional throughout. Really appreciated his honesty in regards to treatment, and how he continued to keep in touch and communicate with us regularly throughout. Cannot fault the service received, would highly recommend Pest Solutions to anyone.
Lewis was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this company. We had two issues and Lewis solved both of them quickly and effectively. He came out the next day and always kept us informed about what was going on and was punctual for all visits. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is the only company I would use for any rodent/pest/dragon issues from now. We will weirdly miss our weekly catch ups! Thank you Lewis!!!
Cannot express enough how pleased we were with Ricky and Aislyn's service! We've noticed significant improvements over the last few weeks of visits. Sure to be in touch if we have any more activity, but as for now no more mr mice guy! 😎
