A complete waste of time and money. I chose Darren Glasgow Plumber because of the high ratings and his confident promises during the initial quote for a cylinder boiler installation. He assured me everything would look clean, professional, and be completed within a day. Instead, the final setup looks incredibly messy, with crooked pipework and water pressure that dropped completely the next morning. When I brought up these issues, all the friendliness vanished, and I was given endless excuses about my home's existing system rather than any real solutions. It's clear they are just trying to rush through as many jobs as possible to collect money, without any pride in their actual craftsmanship. Highly disappointing service—do not fall for the smooth talk.

Darren came out to investigate a suspected leak in my bathroom and I was very impressed with the service. He was punctual, polite and professional throughout. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, explained what he was doing and clearly talked me through his findings and recommendations.<br><br>Excellent service and great communication. Really pleased to have used Darren for some external plumbing work. He replaced leaking cast iron pipes with fresh plumbing. Worked everything into existing pipework and only removed what was needed instead of pushing to replace everything when it wasnt needed. He even braved a bee's nest to get the work done.
