I requested a boiler repair in a pinch from this company looking to fix a leak. The repair man did not look very convinced he knew what the exact cause was and poked about for a bit then proceeded to charge an arm and a leg for what was next-to-no solution. Boiler still leaking pretty much instantly after and was told by customer service that it was effectively my fault for "not phoning them back immediately". It is also convenient that every response on google reviews is AI-generated (85-95% confidence from 5 different responses) and every review responded to at the exact same time. I would not recommend.
My elderly mother had a leak and a blockage. I had two plumbers out previously that didnt fix the issue properly. When i contacted this company someone was out the next day. The plumber was professional, friendly and took his time to explain to my elderly mother what the issue was and how he would fix it. She was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Had a sudden leak under the kitchen sink on a Sunday morning of all days. I honestly didn’t think anyone would come out that quick on a weekend, but Plumbers Glasgow answered straight away and had someone here within the hour. The guy was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and had it all sorted in no time. Fair price too considering it was a Sunday callout. Lifesaver to be honest. Wouldn’t hesitate to ring them again.
