The insurance broker Louise was so helpful and obtained a competitive car insurance rate for me.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Louise and Neil at the Partick branch, both of whom were absolutely fantastic. Although my renewal quote from another provider was slightly lower than the one offered by Howden, having a local broker and familiar points of contact is far more valuable to me than dealing with a large call centre. 5 start service from Louise
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I decided to move my private hire insurance to Laurie Ross and dealt with their Partick branch. I was very impressed by the professional service, the turnaround speed and the cost quoted. All staff were a delight to deal with.
I have used Laurie Ross for years however l was advised that l could buy cheaper car insurance online, which l did, however l did not feel supported by the other company, so l ended up going back to Laurie Ross. It did cost a little bit more but for the peace of mind it is definitely worth it. If anything happened or l need advice, they are a phone call away. I highly recommend their service.
