Please see photo clearly just a broken plastic bumper yet Sheila wheels only go by a video of car and instant reply back right off and then harassing salvage company wanting to collect, now i know far to well that car be repaired back on road next week, and profit made. All done for £650 all in on a car with a valuation of 2000 on we buy any car and 2800 on motorway how on earth is that a right off at £650 Week ago genuine mistake by my daughter with her adhd son having a meltdown in back of the car she struck the security bollard with her car. Shellas wheels asked for video of damage to car which was only the bumper on the car which is plastic yet straigh away it came back as beyond economical repair and there salvage agent would be straight round to dispose of. Now I know full well that car would be back on the road in a week. So no one from shellas wheels physically looked at the car purely just up loaded video. Local garage agreed just bumper on line price patent part £151 plus paint plus fitted £600. How on earth is this a write off. It gets worse no responce from shellas wheels even there complaint email add nor their ceo email address, no responce to the company that own the bollard which is charging us £115 for replacement part damage and ive had to ask my father to pay from his pocket because I believed I would be covered with fully comp insurance? How wrong I was. As no answer to emails my father is now going to pursue them with fca as a complaint and as for the monies small claims court is coming there way next week. Awful no responce from any email sent to them

Utter crap customer service. Have a policy and needed to add my son. Online couldn’t quote and said speak to specialist. Spent 30 mins doing that with same outcome because he isn’t 21 years old. Wasted nearly an hour of my time when they knew his age (19) and should’ve just said couldn’t quote. Instead went thru EXACTLY the same questions with same outcome. Raging. Won’t be renewing my two policies in due course.

Been shocking since my crash into the 3rd week now and no contact whatsoever from them ive had to contact them myself for updates for whats actually happening, was told oh the 5th of December that the estimate had been sent back from the garage to the insurance engineer and has not even been reviewed or accepted by the engineer yet to allow the garage to proceed or for me to know if its actually a write off due to the estimate being too much, 2 live chats and a phone call later and im still no further forward just told on the phone call an email has been sent to the engineer and they will get back to me "if he actually decides to look at it" she rang everyone involved but cant ring the engineer of their own insurance company to get them to let her know whats happening which is bizarre to say at the least, surely you'd give them a call to see whats happening and get him to respond to the garage estimate to get the ball rolling as its coming up to 3 weeks since they actually received the estimate from the garage, I wouldnt be as bothered but its difficult enough to get to work as it is on public transport let alone the Christmas schedule coming up with things running less and on limited times. 1 star is being generous

5 months since my accident, I have not been actively contacted by Sheilas’ Wheels about my claim. After receiving my car valuation, which was really undervalued, I have yet to receive my outstanding excess fee which they took off the vehicle evaluation. My policy excess was supposed to be paid in full to me upon the third party accepting liability, within a 6 week time period. I have contacted Sheilas’ Wheels customer support numerous times, and have been told they have only just started the claim and that I will be contacted soon every single time.
