L'annuncio indicava chiaramente un appartamento per 4 persone con divano letto, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato soltanto un letto matrimoniale.<br>Le condizioni igieniche dell'alloggio erano gravemente inadeguate: mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani e le condizioni igieniche erano da ebola!! Non c'erano le condizioni minime per soggiornare né posti letto sufficienti per gli ospiti prenotati.<br>A causa di questa situazione siamo stati costretti, all'ultimo momento e a nostre spese, a prenotare una camera d'albergo per poter trascorrere la notte.<br>Chiediamo pertanto il rimborso integrale del soggiorno e delle spese aggiuntive sostenute a causa delle gravi difformità tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente trovato.

I’ve had a very positive experience with the letting agent. The founder has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and they were always friendly and helpful.<br><br>The property itself is nice, and I have made sure to follow all the tenancy rules, keep it well maintained, and leave it professionally cleaned and tidy at the end. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
