Having experienced issues in trying to rectify ‘missing’ payments, I received a very helpful telephone call from Michael O’Brien, PPM Finance Assistant who took the time to listen to my perspective of the issue and provided an explanation. He offered an apology, that other colleagues had failed to do and throughout the conversation he was courteous and respectful to me as the customer.
Scott has been incredibly professional and responsive to all building enquiries that I have raised. I am very thankful to him and the work he has done. The finance team have also been helpful at clarifying billing once an invoice is raised.
I cannot speak highly enough of Park Property Management..Each occasion their response time has been excellent. Professional, pleasant and helpful. Scott has been the person I've had most contact with and he is a credit to your organisation.
Well managed? We have had water coming through our bathroom ceiling for 6hours now. This was reported to your ‘Emergency Call Centre’ who are completely incompetent at dealing with an emergency issue. After chasing this up three times tonight I have now had a call saying this is now not being attended tonight. The water has been turned off now to try reduce the damage to our property. However, this has left not only us but 5 other properties without running water heating and even a flushing toilet. Total disgrace of a company and have never had a single good experience with Park Property Management in the 5 years living here.
PPM took over the factor management of the new build estate a live on. We never got anything to set up a direct debit with them we then received an unnecessarily aggressive letter saying we had missed a payment and were being billed with a late fee. A bill of which we're yet to receive a original invoice of. We called it was paid and the late fee was waved but no less than 6 months we have another late payment letter without an original invoice? Abysmal service
